WELCOME!

My name is Ben Stimpson, I am an integrative therapist, spiritual director, published author, educator and podcaster.  I have been in private practice since 2019, serving clients in both Canada and the United Kingdom. I am a fully registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and I am working towards accreditation.

 

Working integratively, I have assisted clients explore deeper into their stories to uncover trauma, maladaptive coping strategies, relational patterns, strengths, and core beliefs.  I believe strongly in looking at the whole person to explore and ultimately solve or work on presenting issues and goals.
